We’ll carefully measure the chain around your wrist or ankle and adjust it until you’re completely happy with the fit.
Once everything is in place, the chain is joined using a quick, precise welding process to create a smooth, clasp-free finish. We’ll talk you through the process, answer any questions and carefully mark the position of your piercing. Nothing happens until you’re completely happy with the placement and ready to continue.

Permanent welded jewellery is a bracelet, anklet or other suitable piece that is custom-fitted and seamlessly welded together rather than secured with a traditional clasp. The result is a delicate, comfortable piece designed to be worn continuously.
Yes. All permanent welded jewellery appointments are booked online in advance to ensure every client receives a dedicated appointment time.
You'll choose your preferred chain and any available charms or connectors before we measure it specifically for you. Once you're completely happy with the fit, the chain is joined using a specialist welding system to create a seamless finish.
Not at all. The welding process is quick and painless. The equipment only joins the metal chain together and does not pierce, burn or come into direct contact with your skin.
“Permanent” simply means there's no traditional clasp for taking the jewellery on and off each day. It can still be removed whenever you choose by carefully cutting the chain at the appropriate point.
Yes. If you need or want to remove your jewellery, it can be carefully cut with nail clippers or jewellery cutters. Where possible, we recommend cutting it at the welded link so the chain may potentially be retained or re-welded later.
There's no set lifespan. How long your piece lasts will depend on the chain selected, your lifestyle and how it is cared for. Although designed for everyday wear, welded jewellery is still delicate and can stretch or break if caught or pulled.

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. As appointments are reserved exclusively for you, changes made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or transfer, in line with our booking policy.
Permanent welded jewellery is deliberately delicate enough to break if it becomes caught rather than causing injury. If your piece breaks, keep the chain and contact us. We'll assess it and advise whether it can be repaired or re-welded; charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
